After many years working for Paul and Young-Ju Fidgen renovating properties throughout central London, including their first wine bar Dalla Terra, I moved my family back to New Zealand. Two years later I was asked to fly back and fit out their second wine bar – Vetro. Getting the old crew back together was easy and other than having to saw a table in half to get it into its room, the job ran smoothly. A month later, all done and on another plane home.
We have worked with Karl for the past 7 years on various projects ranging from small alterations to larger refurbishments. He is our project manager and also does all of the carpentry work himself.
